Redo and "No" Refund Policy

A Return and Refund policy  consists of:

• All servicrs are finial
• $20 consolation fee will be charged if appointment is canceled on short notice 
•  All services MUST be paid at time of booking in full
• Appointment ONLY!!
• NOT responsible for haircut if child Jerks OR if hair is damaged AFTER braid services
•   Will NOT change or be responsible for changes after you or I have completed the service 
• Will RECHECK & MAKE CORRECTIONS to services if within a 8hr window of service AND INFORMED Of SMALL CHANGES
